On the TV news this morning, it was reported that the police found 400 marijuana plants with a street value of about $800,000. They plan to destroy them today.
What I wonder is how do you destroy 400 marijuana plants. Is there some giant toilet so you can flush them? I can't imagine that burning the plants is an option that is "high" on the cops' list. lol.
I just couldn't resist such a bad pun! But, seriously, I do wonder.

What a good question. What do you do with 400 plants? They should sell them to one of those medicinal marijuana stores in California...problem solved :)
ReplyDeleteI don't think they would flush them, even if they did have a giant toilet. I guess you missed the public service announcement on not making fish do drugs. (or is it only drugs if you smoke it?)
ReplyDeleteOkay, I have a marijuana story for you. When my husband's grandma and aunt used to clean the Police Station in Price, Utah they found a baggie of seeds in a trashcan. Being the cheapwads that family is didn't want the seeds to go to waste so they planted them in some large planters near the Police Station entrance. They watered them everyday and soon enough they grew into six inch luscious plants. Then one day as they were watering them, a passerby mentioned while laughing that those plants sure did look a lot like pot. Being as embarrassed as they could be, my hub's grandma and aunt quickly ripped them up and never said a word to anyone (except family obviously). Funny thing is the cops never noticed.
