house of snakes

Okay. Okay. So technically my house is not full of snakes - only my backyard is.

For the past few weeks, Chandler and his friends have had an awesome time catching snakes in our backyard. I grew up catching snakes so I'm not too freaked out by it. McKayla, on the other hand, is hating it! It creeps her out to know there is snakes in our yard. Now she hesitates to go jump on the trampoline. I keep trying to convince her it's safer now because there's less snakes running loose but she's not buying it. Kevin is not overly fond of snakes either.

Kevin managed to maim a mouse in the garden (accidently, of course) so he gave it to Chandler to feed to a snake. It was pretty cool to watch!

Our neighbor, Jeffrey, and Chandler have spent hours playing with the snakes.
Heck, the one Chandler's holding is hardly bigger than a worm. How could you be afraid of that?
