bit o' the Irish

I love holidays - any excuse for a party or festivities of some kind! St. Patrick's Day is no exception. I can't claim any Irish blood but what the heck....I can still celebrate.

Leprechauns visited our home and left a trail of Lucky Charms leading to the kids' shoes filled with all things green (drinks, mints, gum, mechanical pencils, notebooks, candy, etc).

Of course we had shamrock-shaped pancakes made from batter that those mischievous leprechauns had turned green. They had also turned our milk green. Later in the day, we enjoyed a big pot of Dublin Coddle for dinner.
