We left one of the bottles filled with cream soda (Kevin's favorite). The kids were thrilled because I let them drink the remaining 5 bottles and pop is a rarity at our home. Then after carefully washing and drying the bottles the kids and I filled them with red licorice bites, almonds, pistachios, chocolate chips, and dark-chocolate covered pomegranates. Kevin really enjoyed his treats and the Home Depot gift card that was attached.
I saw this idea at a scrapbook store but have since seen it on Pinterest.
