My children frequently use a phrase that I have grown to strongly dislike. I think they utter these words EVERY time I ask them to do something. I also think I am not alone as a parent in hearing these famous words.
What phrase?
"HOLD ON!"
Am I right? Does anyone else hear these words often?
It ranks right up there with:
"in a minute"
"later"
"I'll get to it"
"just a sec"
What are Kevin's words of comfort? "In a few more years, you won't have to hear those words anymore."
Who is he kidding? He might use them as often as they do.
I think I will just have to learn some patience. I'll work on that - LATER! heehee!
