Everything is wrapping up - the school year, PTA, sports, etc. That means things should get quieter but you've heard of the calm before the storm? The wrap-up is just the opposite. It is the stormy chaos before the calm.
PTA has had teacher appreciation, graduation party ticket sales, awards ceremonies, and end-of-the-year thank you lunches. I have subbed quite a bit in seminary. Dance has had recitals and competitions. Soccer has had regular games and squeezed-in make-up games and tryouts for the upcoming year. Track has had Region and then State competitions, breakfasts, dinners, and awards banquets.
Who needs the storm?
