6 days, 4 parties, 1 exhausted gal

I hosted 4 Christmas parties in 6 days.  What was I thinking?

Not that I did all the work - far from it.  But still.

On Tuesday night (the 17th) I hosted our annual chocolate party.  I invite our neighbors over for my homemade chocolates.  Thursday morning I was in charge of a breakfast for 170 teachers/staff at Riverton High.  Thursday I hosted my annual friends' Christmas party.  Sunday I had 26 adult family members over for dinner (potluck) for our annual Searle family get-together.

Just a bit crazy.  Especially when you add in that I taught seminary on Monday, subbed on Wedsnesday, and talked in Sacrament Meeting on Sunday.

It was all so much fun and I was so glad when it all was over.  (at least until next Christmas)

athlete of the month

I have been so slothful about blogging! November was crazy busy - I subbed almost every school day and I got so far behind that December turned crazy too!

McKayla was named Riverton High' athlete of the month for November.  This came with awesome prizes - 2 movie tickets, a gift card to Chipotle, a Lagoon ticket, etc
